    I first saw this episode originally on December 21, 1966, when I was only nine and in the fourth grade. I didn't see it again until 19 years later; on Christmas Day of '85, when the reruns aired on one of the local stations here. I don't know why they didn't air this episode when this first went into syndication.

    I had taped this episode when I saw it again in 1987, but then the tape broke, and I had to wait another ten years to see it.

    Now thanks to all of this modern technology, we can see it at anytime. In fact, this is one of the episodes that I have tape.
